Now part of the Hansam Group, Geosynthetics Limited was the original company founded by Chris Foxton in 1998. Since its’ incorporation Geosynthetics Limited has become a leading supplier of geosynthetic products in the UK.

Central to this growth is the company’s customer sensitive approach, knowledgeable staff, large stockholding and next day delivery. We are committed to offering the most comprehensive range of geosynthetic materials in the UK and dedicated to helping all customers apply the best solutions to soil stabilisation, erosion control, drainage and environmental protection problems.
As the company has grown so has the product range and Geosynthetics Limited now boasts the largest product range of its kind in the UK. Fully conversant in all products from geotextiles, geogrids and geocells to gabions our well trained staff are always available to discuss the technical merits of the products and to advise which geosynthetic materials would be most suited to a particular application.
Next day delivery, direct to site throughout the UK is central to the company’s customer service policy. Virtually all products are available from stock. The fully stocked, 30,000 square foot storage and distribution centre established in the East Midlands makes next day deliveries possible.
Geosynthetics Limited has played an active role in many prestigious projects including: Dundalk Bypass, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Heathrow Terminal 5, Manchester Airport Runway 2 to name but a few.

Group structure

Hansam Group is the holding company for Geosynthetics Ltd, Storm Water Management Ltd and Geosolutions Ltd.

Geosynthetics Limited was the original company incorporated by Chris Foxton in 1998. It was formed to import and market soil reinforcement, drainage and erosion control products in the UK. The main products are geotextiles, geogrids.

Storm Water Management Limited specialise in the design, supply and installation of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) and in particular the use of these systems to prevent flooding in urbanareas.   These products were first marketed in 2003 through Geosythetics Limited. This market was separated and traded under the new company from 2006.

Geosolutions Ltd has been set up to give attention to new market opportunities and is due to begin trading in 2007
