This 2014 event celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Urban Drainage Group with a return to their former home the Hilton Hotel, Blackpool UK.

This conference comprises a program spanning three days of forums and presentations with workshops focused on current related industry topics. The event provides ample opportunities for learning and networking and to be involved in and discuss ongoing research results supported by various representatives.  An exhibition will showcase industry relevant companies and organisations, new technologies, suppliers and manufacturers from within the sector.

The conference is aimed at presenting, exchanging and discussing the latest knowledge and research from within the industry both globally and locally.  The event is industry sponsored and there will be representatives from local and regional councils, government organisations, international organisations, local and regional utilities, water boards, manufacturers and more.  In 2013 the event was attended by over 240 urban drainage professionals with additional highlights from UK Water Industry Research Forum (UKWIR) and Clean Water Modelling Advisory Group.

Breaking with tradition for the 30th anniversary, the event will be held from Tuesday to Thursday.  The Hilton Hotel in Blackpool boasts a seafront setting, just a short walk from the town centre and a brief taxi ride from the main rail station.  For our international guests it is supported by airports in Manchester and Liverpool.
